Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the shop owner using anxe) and [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] (“anxe”, “we”, “us”), [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By creating an account or using anxe you agree to them.

1. The service

anxe lets your customers send files to your print shop through a web address we give you, and lets you print them using the anxe app on your shop computer. The service is provided on a subscription basis, as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your login and pairing codes private.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and your shop computer.
  • Shop names must not imitate another business or include offensive words. We may change or remove such names.

3. Subscriptions, trials and payment

  • New accounts get a free trial. At the end of the trial you need a paid plan to keep taking orders.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. By choosing automatic payment you authorise us, through our payment partner Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method (UPI AutoPay, card or bank mandate) at each renewal. You are notified before each charge as required by RBI rules.
  • If a renewal fails, your shop keeps working for a grace period of 3 days. After that, your shop page stops accepting new orders until payment is made.
  • Prices may change. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.

4. Your customers' files

Files your customers upload are delivered to and stored on your shop computer. You are responsible for handling them lawfully, keeping them confidential, and deleting them when no longer needed. You must not use anxe to print material that is illegal or that you don't have the right to copy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse anxe: for example by trying to break its security, interfering with other shops, reverse-engineering it to avoid payment, or using it to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work to keep anxe running, but it depends on your computer, printer and internet connection, and on third-party services such as Cloudflare and Razorpay. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, anxe is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, wasted paper or consumables, or lost business.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using anxe and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or don't pay. Files already on your computer remain yours.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [CITY], [STATE] have jurisdiction.
