From phone
to paper.
Three parts work together: your shop page, the anxe app on your shop computer, and your printer.
1 · The customer
Scans, picks files, sends.
The customer scans the QR code on your counter, or opens your shop address. They choose their files, black & white or colour, single or double-sided, and how many copies, then tap Send. They get an order number straight away.

2 · Your shop computer
The order appears, with a sound.
The anxe app on your shop computer receives the files and saves them in a folder for that day. A new order shows in bold in your Orders list, with a pop-up and a beep so the counter never misses one.
- See the customer's name, phone, options and note.
- Open the files with a double-click if you want to check them first.

3 · Your printer
One click, and anxe watches it through.
Click Print. B&W orders go to your B&W printer, colour orders to your colour printer, with the right copies and sides. anxe follows the job until it's done, and tells you straight away if the printer jams, runs out of paper or goes offline.
- Status for every order: Waiting, Printing, Printed, Needs attention.
- Problems are explained in plain words, with how to fix them.
- Reprint any order with one click.

Under the hood
Simple for you.
Careful underneath.
No router setup
Your shop address works through a secure, encrypted connection that anxe opens from your computer. No port forwarding, no static IP, no calls to your internet provider.
Files stay with you
Files are saved on your shop computer, not stored on anxe's servers. They travel over an encrypted connection.
Always running
anxe starts with Windows, sits in the tray, and reconnects by itself if the internet drops for a while.
Safe uploads
Only real PDFs and photos are accepted. Fake files, oversized uploads and floods of junk orders are refused automatically.
