Billing questions
How do I pay?
By UPI AutoPay, debit or credit card, or a bank mandate (eNACH), securely through Razorpay. You approve it once, and each renewal is charged automatically.
Will I be told before I'm charged?
Yes. Your bank or UPI app notifies you at least 24 hours before every automatic charge, as RBI rules require.
What if a payment fails?
We retry over the next few days and let you know in your account and in the anxe app. Your shop keeps working for a 3-day grace period while you update your payment method.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your shop page stops taking new orders and shows customers that online ordering is paused. Orders and files already on your computer are untouched. Pay, and your shop is back online within a minute, at the same address.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account. You won't be charged again, and your shop stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. See refunds & cancellation.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
